    How long does delivery take?

    Orders leave within one working day and arrive in 2 to 3 working days anywhere in Lebanon.

    Can I pay cash on delivery?

    Yes. Open the box in front of the driver, check the item, then pay. If anything is wrong, refuse the delivery and pay nothing.

    What if it arrives damaged or doesn't work?

    Check your item in front of the driver before you pay. If something is wrong, refuse the delivery and pay nothing.

    If you only notice after opening it at home, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with photos of the item, the fault, and the box it arrived in. We'll replace it or refund you.

    Damage caused after delivery, including drops, water and misuse, isn't covered.

    Can I return something if I change my mind?

    Because you can inspect every order in front of the driver before paying, we don't accept returns for change of mind. Check the item at the door. If it isn't what you expected, refuse it and pay nothing.

    Do you deliver outside Lebanon?

    Not yet. Message us if you'd like to be told when we do.
