Orders leave within one working day and arrive in 2–3 working days anywhere in Lebanon.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Open the box in front of the driver, check the item, then pay. If anything is wrong, refuse the delivery and pay nothing.
What if I change my mind?
You have 5 days from delivery to return anything unused and in its original box. Once we have it back, we send your refund by Whish Money within 3 working days.
What if it arrives damaged?
Every item is checked and tested before it leaves us, and because we deliver cash on delivery you can inspect it in front of the driver before you pay. If something is wrong, refuse the delivery and pay nothing.
If you only notice after opening it at home, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item, the damage, and the box it arrived in. We will replace it or refund you in full by Whish Money.
Damage caused after delivery — drops, water, or misuse — is not covered.
